Perfect Housing is the leading provider of housing services in the Netherlands and can help you find a new home on a no-cure, no-pay basis with no registration costs. Perfect Housing offers:
We work on a no-cure, no-pay basis. There are no upfront registration fees or contract costs, which means that you only pay when we successfully find you a new home.
In cooperation with selected partners, Perfect Housing lists one of the largest, screened property portfolios in the market. We also have access to and can arrange viewings for properties that are in other agencies' portfolios, enabling us to act as a single-point-of-contact for all your housing and relocation needs.
We offer flexible and convenient viewing times, including evenings and weekends when necessary. We work when it is convenient for you in order to provide maximum viewing opportunities.
We do not charge any registration fees or contract costs, and only charge a brokerage commission once a rental contract has been successfully negotiated and finalised. Our brokerage fee is equivalent to a single month's rent, plus 21% government tax (BTW).
We represent your interests and can offer support in communicating with owners. We list properties from selected other brokers, but we do not charge property owners a fee.
We have a highly-structured and clear rental process, so you always know what to expect and what we will deliver. We make clear agreements and have no hidden costs or fees. Our process ensures that we adhere to complex Dutch regulations and do not compromise your rights as a tenant.
During your tenancy our Internal Service Desk is available for questions and to help resolve issues. We can field complaints and help mediate with your landlord on your behalf.
Perfect Housing is a fully authorised and licensed housing agency, and is registered with the municipal government in Amsterdam. Our operating permit provides a level of assurance to owners and clients that they will receive professional and ethical service.
