Whether, you recently arrived, you’re new or about to move to the Netherlands, tick Sunday 3 November in your agenda for Expatica’s annual ‘I am not a tourist’ Fair, hosted in Amsterdam's monumental Beurs van Berlage. 

Expatica's 2013 fair focuses on lifestyle and community-related resources and there is a wide range of service providers available to meet at the fair. Those new to the Netherlands will benefit from a comprehensive range of services, conveniently housed together under one roof. Providers cover services such as housing, employment, banking, tax and schooling, all running alongside an entertaining programme of performances and workshops.

After positive feedback from many visitors last year, Perfect Housing will be once again present at the 2013 fair! We will host a workshop entitled “Rental differences in the three big cities” during which we'll share insights into the rental markets in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague (and there are quite some). 

Regardless of your attendance of our workshop, we invite you to visit our stand in the exhibition space. We will be happy to address any questions regarding the Dutch rental market, whether you are a tenant or home owner. But most importantly, you don’t want to miss our typical Dutch treats like the ‘tompoesjes’ and ‘stroopwafels’.
